Michigan Moose Association State Golf Tournament 2024

TOURNAMENT PLAY: Tournament play will consist of two 18 hole rounds of Golf (18 holes of play your own ball Sat. and 18 holes of 2 man scramble on Sun.) With no more than 2 players from any one Lodge in a foursome whenever possible. Scoring will be 3 rounds 2 on Sat and 1 on Sun. The Golf Course during the tournament will be open to Moose Members in good standing only. Cards will be checked at the Course. Players judged by the committee to be unable to continue in a reasonable manner, shall be removed from the course and disqualified with forfeiture of entry fee.

STARTING TIME: Play will be a Shotgun Start @ 8:00 Starting on Hole #1 with 2 Foursomes on each hole (A and B) Then hole assignments will move back to hole 18, 17, 16, ETC. Players are required to arrive 45 minutes before shotgun start to register.

HANDICAP: 80% based on state average using no more than (3) Years. If no average i.e. first time players, Golfers will compete individually using the Calloway system, which scores will be used for Team scoring. Only 36 hole will be used for Handicap

59 and younger play WHITE TEE BOXES

60 and older play YELLOW TEE BOXES

70 and older play RED TEE BOXES.

THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND OF PRIZES & EXPENSE FEES AFTER THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND OF GREENS FEES AFTER THE SCHEDULE HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED
