Life Membership with the Moose, here are several options,
To purchase a life membership, the necessary funds are remitted directly to Moose International, via our lockbox service. Members that have served 50 consecutive years with the Order, paid dues in advance equal to 50 years of service, or sponsored 250 members are issued a Life Membership in their fraternal unit. Life Members are provided a new membership card indicating Life Member Status.

Congratulations to our Fellowship Class of 2019.
The Fellowship Degree of the Loyal Order of Moose is an honorary degree. It was first created on August 7, 1918. To advance to this degree one must first be an active status Moose Legionnaire. This degree must be earned through service to the Lodge, Moose Legion, and or other entities of the Order.

Youth Awareness Program. Can teenagers persuade younger children to make the right choices in life? "Yes!" say the teens and the adults who work together in the Moose Youth Awareness Program. For more than a decade, the Moose has organized high-school-age leaders into a highly effective "speaker's bureau" to persuade preschool and elementary-age youngsters against drug use. The program, founded in 1986, has now expanded to bring awareness to 4-to-9-year olds on other subjects such as child abuse, gangs and other elements that have an adverse effect on the youth of today. Classes for the program Start Aug 15 and go through Oct 18, see calendar for dates and locations.

Congratulations to the Michigan Moose Association Pilgrim Class of 2019
Valued Veterans of the Year selection. The Valued Veterans program also allows for nominations for the “Valued Veteran of the Year,” an award that brings special honor and recognition to one extraordinary Valued Veteran among the members in your Lodge and affiliated Chapter. The person selected should be the ultimate example of a Moose member serving others. Read or download the Valued Veteran of The Year Overview, Nomination Form, and Lodge/Chapter Voting Instructions.

Thank you to all the members that attended last years visitation to Mooseheart. We had more members than we have had in many years. The members of Michigan also donated a record amount of food and money than in years past. Thanks again for the dedication you give to our children at Mooseheart.
Registration and Founders Day Program- At the House of God visitors are treated to an address by the Director General and Executive Director of Mooseheart. Varsity Jackets are presented by the Ohio Association to the students that have earned them. Michigan presents a watch to each senior on behalf of the lodges, chapters, legions, and districts that have donated them. If your lodge, chapter, or Moose Legion would like to sponsor a watch you will be welcome to present it if you wish.
Michigan Presentation at the Michigan Home- A wish list from the house parents at the Michigan house will go out a few weeks prior to the weekend and lodges and chapters are encouraged to purchase and donate items from the list at this time. The house parents and students ALWAYS put on a spread of goodies for everyone to enjoy at this time and tours of the house are available.
Box Lunch at the Fieldhouse- All visitors are invited back to the Fieldhouse .......

Loyal Order & Women of the Moose Community Service in action in Three Rivers
Three Rivers chapter 2388 lodge 474 Team up together for a special heart of community Christmas project. Family in community. Mom, Dad, and (9) nine children. Ages 1 - 14 yrs of age. Donating new clothes, toys, games and food I order to give this family a very Merry Christmas. Delivered 12/20. Along with wrapping paper as the parents wanted to wrap themselves. Fraternally. Moose Riders! You Can Now Update Your Own Membership Records To Indicate That You Are A Proud Moose Rider!
Simply go to the Moose International website and click on "Members Area". Once inside, click on "My Record" and sign in. If you have not already activated your membership record, you will have an opportunity to do so at this time. Select the link to your active Lodge or Chapter membership, and you will see a section on the upper right-hand side
titled "Membership". At the bottom of this section is a "Moose Rider" identifier box that you can check, and then save the updated record. Men can identify as Moose Riders in both their Lodge and Moose Legion memberships.
We urge you to register and keep your membership records up to date so
that we can identify areas of interest and make useful and worthwhile
information, benefits, and programs available to all members.
